These terms and conditions govern the use of Herodemia. By accessing our platform, you unconditionally accept the conditions described below. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use our services.
Herodemia is an online school management platform that allows schools to manage their students, teachers, grades, report cards, absences and finances. Access to the platform is subject to an annual subscription after a free 30-day trial period, extendable if needed.
To use Herodemia, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed from your account. In case of compromise of your account, you must notify us immediately.
Every new school benefits from a free trial period of 30 days from the date of registration, extendable if needed. No payment is required during this period. After the trial period, a one-time registration fee and an annual subscription will apply to continue using the service.
Registration fees are paid once after the trial period. The annual subscription is due each year on the anniversary of your registration. Any subscription not renewed within 30 days of its expiration will result in temporary suspension of the account. Data is retained for 90 days after suspension before permanent deletion.
You agree to use Herodemia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. In particular, it is prohibited to: attempt to access other schools' data, use the platform for fraudulent activities, reproduce or redistribute platform content without authorization, or attempt to compromise platform security.
Herodemia and all its contents (logo, interface, source code, texts) are the exclusive property of Nelsbrowser LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is strictly prohibited. Data entered by schools remains their exclusive property.
Herodemia strives to keep the platform available 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We disclaim any liability for data loss resulting from incorrect use, force majeure or cyberattacks despite our security measures.
You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us. In case of violation of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice. No refund will be made for periods already billed.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Herodemia after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
